Where can I use the image?
We offer Royalty-free images (pay only for the initial download, no additional royalty charges for each use) that can be used for a variety of projects including but not limited to websites, blogs, presentations, advertisement, books and book covers, magazines, newsletters, pamphlets and products. Please refer to our Pricing and Sizing page for more information on Standard licence and Extended licences. Please ensure you are aware of ‘Prohibited use’ under the licence agreement.

How long is the download link active?
All our links are active for one download. You can choose to download from the link that appears after the payment on the screen. Or at a later date from the email link sent upon purchase.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for downloaded files. If there is any technical issue with the file, please contact our support team for resolution.

What is GST and why is it charged?
In Australia, a 10% tax is charged on most supplies of Goods and Services. We charge GST to all Australian sales. From a business point of view, in most cases it’s refunded to all parties in the chain of production other than the final consumer.

Do you offer subscription or account?
At the moment we do not offer any subscription. However, we are always about improving services for our customers. If you are interested in a subscription service, do drop us a note and we will let you know as soon as we have it available.

What type of prints do you provide?
All our images are printed on thick cotton rag with Giclee archival quality ink. Only materials of high quality are used to ensure its long term beauty. For maximum print life, prints should be either framed with archival quality mats and framed under glass, preferably under UV filter.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do.

What are the shipping charges?
On checkout (next) page you will see shipping charges based on your address. Enter your Postcode and Country to obtain shipping charge.

Do you offer refunds/ returns?
We do not offer any refunds/ returns. However, if there is any damage to the item during shipping, please contact us for resolution. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
