Where can I use the digital image?

We offer Royalty-free images (pay only for the initial download, no additional royalty charges for each use) that can be used for a variety of projects including but not limited to websites, blogs, presentations, advertisement, books and book covers, magazines, newsletters, pamphlets and products. Please refer to our Pricing and Sizing page for more information on Standard licence and Extended licences. Please ensure you are aware of ‘Prohibited use’ under the licence agreement.

How long is the download link active?

All our links are active for one download. You can choose to download from the link that appears after the payment on the screen. Or at a later date from the email link sent upon purchase.

What type of prints do you provide?

All our images are printed on a thick cotton rag with Giclee archival quality ink. Only materials of high quality are used to ensure its long term beauty. For maximum print life, prints should be either framed with archival quality mats and framed under glass, preferably under UV filter.
We work with private fine art collectors, interior designers and art agents. Every size of project is welcome. For wholesale enquiries i.e. 100 or more prints, please contact us.

What payment options are available?

Payment can be made using any major credit/ debit cards and PayPal.

Do you offer assistance for finding the right images?

Yes, we love creative collaborations and we have a deep understanding of our collection. We will be more than happy to collect options for your brief to help you find the perfect image. Please contact us with a brief description of what you are looking for, any reference image you have and any other relevant information. We will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

Can I purchase on behalf of my client?

Yes, you can. We have separate billing and shipping field if required. You can add client details for billing and your details for shipping.

How do I download the image after purchase?

As soon as you’ve made the payment, the next page will have a download link for you to be able to download the content you bought. The link will also be emailed to you as per the email address provided in billing/ shipping information.

How are the images organised on the website?

We have created different categories for grouping the images that are similar. Also, we have grouped images as per places. This makes it easier for our client to look for images they want to find. There is always the ‘search’ function available if you cannot find any category or place for your specific requirements.

Do you offer refunds/ returns?

We do not offer any refunds/ returns. However, if there is any technical issue with the digital file or if there is any damage to the fine art item during shipping, please contact us for resolution. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

What is GST and why is it charged?

In Australia, 10% tax is charged on most supplies of Goods and Services. We charge GST for all Australian sales. From a business point of view, in most cases, it’s refunded to all parties in the chain of production other than the final consumer.

Do you offer subscription or account?

At the moment we do not offer any subscription. However, we are always about improving services for our customers. If you are interested in a subscription service, do drop us a note and we will let you know as soon as we have it available.
